I have utilized Rip City Roofing's service twice. In 2018 they cleaned my gutters and were so helpful. I knew when I needed to replace my aging roof that I would call them. My roof lost some shingles recently in a wind storm. Arnold got me on his schedule quickly & provided a fair estimate. The timing couldn't have been better to miss OR rain. Arnold and his Rip City team were great for us. His quote from last fall was accurate for the job 10 days ago. I was home during all of the work and it was a high quality performance. I was impressed enough to proceed with some window trim work and a couple window replacements, all things I brought up, with no pressure from Arnold who is extremely pleasant and helpful.

Arnold quickly responded to our request for a bid. Then, he and his team met our need to get the job done on a very short timeline. Expectations were well managed throughout the project. Cleanup each day was great. One minor issue with protecting flowerbeds was immediately mitigated. Siding damage, not resultant of the roofers, was identified and fixed during the project as well. The final costs were as quoted and super reasonable compared to others. No punch list items and the final product looks great. Ironically, my father was a roofing contractor in Seattle for decades and I was raised to recognize service, quality, and integrity in roofing and sheet metal. Rip City Roofing exceeded those important business principles on our project. Absolutely my highest recommendation.

Rip City Roofing did and exceptional job on our roof. They showed us a complete and broad array of options for our roof. They provided a very competitive and fair price quote. They showed up on time every day. They cleaned up after themselves every day. They did not cut corners. The owner Arnold Avalon’s came around regularly to check up on the project and keep us informed. They took care of every aspect of our roof including gutters and responded to our extra requests that were not part of the original job. When there was a problem with a roofing supply truck causing some damage to our driveway, Arnold personally worked with the supply company and had it fixed. We have had roofs put on other homes we have had by other roofing companies and this was absolutely the best experience and roofing company we have ever worked with.

We love our new roof and gutters. They take great pride in their work. They are all kind and thoughtful. Will definitely be using them in the future and have referred them to others as well.

Arnold and Stephanie arrived on time and were prepared. The quote was competitive and fair. The pitch of my roof was steeper than expected but they held to the quote and finished the job without issue. I had a patio cover which I had not specifically included and they cleared that off as a matter of course which I did not expect and certainly appreciate. They were pleasant, detailed, and prepared. These guys did an amazing job on our roof. My father in law had a roofing business for 30yrs until he retired, so my husband was very specific about things and they answered all our questions, and were very professional. My husband and father in law both agree they did an amazing job. They did a complete tear-off job and did it in a day and a half! And the price was cheaper than what three other companies had quoted us. My roof looks amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing done.
